Selected Work & Professional Practice
My work brings together organizational research, executive perspectives, leadership development and practical assessment tools.
The projects below represent the areas in which I am currently developing research, practice and public-facing work.
Next International Leadership Board
Founder & Researcher
NILB is an independent governance research initiative examining how decision-making, authority and organizational systems evolve as organizations grow.
Current focus: governance transitions, decision authority, delegation, accountability and human–AI decision-making.
Research question:
Why do organizations with similar opportunities, capital and talent evolve differently as they scale?
Current research direction:
How organizations determine the boundaries of AI integration and autonomy.

Executive Research
Interviews & Organizational Perspectives
I conduct semi-structured conversations with founders and executives to examine how organizations experience changes in decision-making, authority and governance as they develop.
These conversations contribute to an emerging comparative research base.
Participant perspectives are treated as evidence to be examined rather than as universal findings, with research themes developed through coding and cross-case comparison.
AI & Organizational Decision-Making
Current Research Direction: Where Should AI Stop?
An emerging NILB research direction examining how organizations determine where AI can assist, influence, decide or act.
The research explores the boundary between:
AI capability
and
organizational authority
Key questions include:
- What determines how much autonomy AI receives?
- Why do organizations restrict or expand AI integration?
- Which boundaries are temporary and which are deliberately maintained?
- Who has authority to change those boundaries?
