About

I am a researcher and founder working at the intersection of organizational leadership, governance, and emerging technology.

I founded the Next International Leadership Board (NILB) to study how decision-making, authority, and governance systems evolve as organizations grow and become more complex.

My current research explores a broader question: what happens when organizational complexity changes faster than the systems through which decisions are made?

My work combines executive interviews, qualitative research, organizational assessments, and cross-case comparison. I am particularly interested in governance transitions, decision authority, delegation, accountability, and the emerging relationship between human and AI decision-making.

Alongside NILB, I serve as Head of Mentorship & Leadership Development at the Women Leadership Board of CEO Minds Pakistan (2026–27), where I contribute to leadership and mentorship initiatives.

My academic background is in the social sciences, with a particular interest in organizations, institutions, leadership, and the social structures through which decisions are made.
